Spamming / Bulk Email Marketing Policy

JKDesigns enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the transmission of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or spam via our network and services.

Not Allowed:

  • JKDesigns servers must not be used as the source, relay, or destination of spam, mail bombs, or flame messages.

  • Your domain must not be referenced as the originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in such activities.

  • It is prohibited to host a site on our servers that is linked from spam messages or spam-advertised content on other platforms—even if the spam was sent from outside our network.

  • Any form of mass unsolicited communication, whether via email or newsgroups, is considered spam by us.

    • Use SMTP authentication for mail delivery

    • Implement CAPTCHA protection to block spam bots
