No other forms of cancellation (e.g., email, live chat) are accepted.
If you’ve configured a PayPal subscription (automatic billing), it's your responsibility to cancel the subscription manually from your PayPal account.

How to Submit a Service Cancellation Request?

Log into your client area: https://web.jkdesigns.lk/

Go to Services > My Services

Click the active package you want to cancel

Click "Request Cancellation"

Fill and submit the form with your preferred cancellation type:

Immediate Cancellation – Service will be terminated within 24 hours

End of Billing Period – Service will terminate on the next due date

How to Cancel Domain Auto Renewal?

Log into your client area
-
Go to Domains > My Domains
-
Click on the domain name you wish not to renew

Toggle off the "Auto Renewal" option before the due date
What Happens If You Don’t Submit a Cancellation?
Failure to cancel a service or pay overdue invoices may result in:

Service suspension or termination

Account default status
-
Suspension of other active services regardless of their payment status, until the account is fully cleared
